Do you charge for shipping?

No! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store. No minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer delivery exclusively to the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your total estimated delivery window is 5 to 10 business days. This is broken down into two phases:

  • Order Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order (operating Monday through Saturday).

  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days via our carrier to reach your destination address (in transit Monday through Saturday).

How can I track my package?

Once your water bottle is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Your tracking code will become active within 24 hours.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the exact date your package was delivered to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?

To qualify for a refund, your water bottle must be entirely unused, unwashed, in its original pristine condition, and kept in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If damaged or incorrect: If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, Aquathy covers the shipping costs entirely by sending you a prepaid shipping label.

  • If change of mind: If you choose to return an item due to personal preference, color choice, or change of mind, you are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Aquathy does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return is received and fully inspected by our team, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
