Do you charge for shipping?

No! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store. No minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer delivery exclusively to the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your total estimated delivery window is 5 to 8 business days. This is broken down into two phases:

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order (operating Monday through Saturday).
Transit Time: 4 to 6 business days via our carrier to reach your destination address (in transit Monday through Saturday).

How can I track my package?

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the exact date your package was delivered to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?

To qualify under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. You may handle the product only as reasonably necessary to inspect it. Please review our Refund Policy for full conditions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Aquathy provides free return shipping for all eligible UK returns. After your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Aquathy does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

How long do refunds take to process?

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
