Refund policy

At Aquathy (aquathy.store), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of package delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, your water bottle must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

To start a return, contact customer support at help@aquathy.store with your order number. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your water bottle arrives broken, defective, or you receive the wrong product, Aquathy will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer Preference / Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, preference, or choosing the wrong color/size, the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

Aquathy does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Refund Distribution

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
