Order Handling Time

All orders require 2 to 3 business days for handling, preparation, and packaging before they leave our facility. Our processing team operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed over public holidays will begin processing the following operational business day.

Transit Times

Once handed off to our shipping carriers, delivery transit time takes approximately 3 to 7 business days to arrive at the customer's destination address. Shipments are in transit Monday through Saturday.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery window is the combination of our internal handling time and carrier transit time. For all delivery destinations, the total estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store. There are no hidden fees or standard shipping costs applied at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery to the United Kingdom. Shipping destinations can be selected during the checkout process. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, or if your items arrived broken, contact support at help@aquathy.store within 48 hours of delivery so an official carrier investigation can be opened.
